As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders efficiently to meet growing demand while maintaining high operational standards. You will develop strong product knowledge across a wide range of items, including laptops, desktop computers, printers, and other office electronics. You will assist customers by answering inquiries, providing accurate product information, and managing customer expectations professionally.

- Comfort communicating with customers via phone, email, and ERP ticketing systems
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate software such as Google Workspace, Excel, and Gmail, and effectively utilize ERP systems
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- A sense of urgency and commitment to delivering high-quality work efficiently

Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process all incoming orders daily in a timely and professional manner
- Provide customer support via email, phone, and messaging platforms to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Set and manage appropriate customer expectations
- Update and maintain accurate documentation to ensure accountability
- Handle customer returns and refunds, escalating issues when necessary
- Manage online customer accounts, accounts receivable, and follow up with customers as needed
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current with new product developments
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and couriers to ensure smooth operations
- Perform front desk and reception duties as required
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Primarily office-based; limited remote work may be available.
